Client Area Access Request Form
If you have lost your access to the client area, first try to recover your login password.
If you can’t recover it because you don’t remember or don’t have access to the email address you indicated in your file, you’ll need to go through an accreditation process by sending the form and the documents indicated below.
Gather the identification documents you need
We need you to send us identification documentation to be able to accredit you as a client and the owner of the files you want to access.
If the client file is in the name of an individual or a freelancer, we need you to send us:
- A copy of your national ID card, passport or equivalent ID document.
If the client file is in the name of a company, we need you to send us:
- A copy of the company’s certificate of incorporation (notarized document) and, where appropriate, any additional documentation that may be necessary to identify people with the authority to act on the company’s behalf (updates to positions, lawsuits, court decisions, etc.)
- A copy of the company’s tax ID or equivalent identification document.
- A copy of the national ID card, passport or equivalent identification document of the person requesting the change.
- A copy of the document accrediting the relationship with the company of the person requesting the change, if applicable, because they must have the authority to request it (we can usually see this in the company’s certificate of incorporation or in an additional power of attorney).
You’ll need to attach these documents to the access request form below.
Download, fill out and sign the authorization document
You need to download our authorization document for us to be able to complete the accreditation process. You’ll have to fill it out by providing all the details we request and sign it for it to be valid.
Check it before sending it to make sure there are no spelling mistakes and that the new email address you want to add to the client file can be read clearly.

Responsibility for managing your access data
Our general contracting conditions include clauses relating to management and recovery of access data. The most relevant clauses are presented here, but you can review them all by referring to the full contract content.
Responsibility for veracity and updating of data
The user is the party solely responsible for the veracity, accuracy, and updating of the data provided in the contracting process and through any form on the website.
Loss of user name and/or password
The service holder is the only party who can request recovery of access to their file if they lose their login data and cannot recover them by themselves (because they have lost access to the email account where they could recover the password or have no way of confirming which email account they used in registering their file).
Responsibility for management and custody of login data
The service holder is the sole party responsible for management and custody of their data for access to the client file and the changes made to it using the correct access data, either by the holder or by third parties with whom the holder has shared access. The service holder is also the only party responsible for the additional contacts and sub-accounts they create in their client file, and for the information or management permissions granted to them.
