What is Magic Cache?
Magic Caché is a server-level caching system based on the Varnish accelerator.
It is a proprietary system created by the Webempresa System Administrators team in which different tools such as Nginx, Varnish, Apache, MemCache, OPCache are adjusted to obtain loading times of less than 1 second for standard pages.
This system caches all web content in the server’s RAM memory.
Access to RAM memory is a lot faster than access to disk memory. And, by not having to access files and databases to return a page, we get websites to load much faster, with response times of between 60 and 140 milliseconds for pages smaller than 5mb.
A plugin like W3 Total Caché can reduce the loading time of a WordPress in half, which is not bad, but with Magic Caché you can reduce the Time to First Byte by up to 10 times 🙂
In order for Magic Caché to be integrated with the management of your page, we have developed some plugins for WordPress and Joomla, which allow you to empty the cache manually and also empty the cache automatically when articles are edited, comments, products are added, etc…
By having all the content cached in RAM memory, websites can assume a much higher number of visits without flinching.
In real tests with client websites we have verified how the server remains stable with peaks of 250 simultaneous visits and the page continues to load at full speed.
With Magic Cache your account will consume much less CPU resources and disk access, so you can take on much more traffic without limitation by number of visits.

- Does not cache the administration.
- Varnish is associated with a domain. If there are Subdomains, Magic Caché must be installed for each Subdomain independently.
- Only activated for WordPress 4.0 or higher and Joomla 2.5 or higher.
- The cache life is 24 hours. It is automatically emptied after that period and content is cached again as the different urls of your website are accessed.

Once you have bought one of these hosting plans, you can activate Magic Cache by installing a plugin in your CMS and activating it from your WePanel.
