We don’t wait for a server to fail to renew it. We schedule the change to new more powerful servers within 2 years. We keep the software continually updated, and as a WePanel partner we receive priority notifications of updates.
Automated alerts
We have probes programmed on servers that trigger warnings if certain values are exceeded: temperature, resource consumption level, etc. These monitoring systems mean our technicians can anticipate problems.
24 hours a day, every day of the year
Our team of system technicians has 20 years’ experience in server management. Our time to action in case of loss of service is immediate. Our priority is to get your website and mail back to work as soon as possible.
Security and regular audits
We audit all the activity on your hosting account in real time. If any attempt is made to upload a suspicious file, we stop it and prevent severe damage. We update our security database daily to stop all types of server-level attacks, without waiting for WordPress, Joomla, or plugin updates to come out.

Below an uptime of 99.9%, provided that the loss of service is attributable to Webempresa, we compensate you with one month of free Hosting for every 1% it falls below that percentage.
