Subdominio que redirecciona  

Hola Eduard,

Verifica si tienes redirecciones creadas y eliminalas, revisa el archivo .htacces y su hay alguna redireccion eliminala (haz copia de seguridad del archivo .htaccess antes de hacerlo).

No es posible que tengas un archivo .htaccess de Joomla! en un Prestashop, revisa el .htaccess de la carpeta /botiga

Lo borro directamente? Solo he hecho la instalación del Prestashop estándar para probarla.

Antes de borrar el archivo .htaccess de la carpeta /botiga prueba a renombrar primero (no sea que haya algún código necesario para el funcionamiento de Prestashop) y comprueba si entonces funciona correctamente sin efectuar ninguna redirección.

Le he cambiado el nombre y sigue igual, en Chrome me va a http://botiga.eltecnic.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

En Explorer y Firefox a http://www.eltecnic.com/botiga/index.php

Si le cambio el nombre se genera otro archivo. Este es el contenido del original:

Hola Eduard, creo que es mejor que este tema lo trates vía ticket de soporte, ya que se trata de un problema de la redirección de los subdominios de tu CPanel.

Vía foro mejor tratar temas de Joomla..
