Error del servidor al entrar a Configuración global  

Hola Yadira,

Parece que el problema está en tu página, a nivel servidor no hay incidencias.

El error tiene que ser por los permisos de alguna carpeta o fichero, recuerda que en nuestro Hosting todos los ficheros tienen que estar a 644 o 755, no puede tener fichero con 666 o 777.

Otra opción es que hayas modificado algo, por lo que recomendamos revises el fichero que encontrarás en /public_html/error_log y veas las últimas entradas porque normalmente ahí podrás ver el error.

Este archivo lo encuentras al acceder a tu cPanel, Administrador de Archivos, en la carpeta raíz de tu Joomla! /public_html para errores que se muestren en el frontend (página) o en /administrator/error_log para errores que tengan que ver con la administración de tu Joomla!.

Revisa también las últimas extensiones instaladas, plugins, módulos o componentes y deshabilita uno a uno los últimos instalados y recarga la página hasta localizar y aislar aquel que pueda ser el causante del conflicto.

Borré todos los archivos que tenían error y cambié permisos.
Pero no puedo acceder al espacio de plugins y a configuración global

Indícanos si has revisado en el error_log si el error sigue generándose después de borrar dichos módulos.

Cuando comentas :

"Tècnicos de Web empresa actualizaron mi joomla."

Es bastante raro que hayan actualizado y no les haya aparecido el error.

Te sugiero descargar joomla, la misma versión que tienes , luego comprimir la carpeta libraries y subierla al servidor, descomprimir la carpeta reemplazando todos los archivos de libraries, esto es para descartar de que los archivos no se encuentren corruptos.

Ya hice lo que me dijiste...

pero los errores son los mismos....error en plugins y configuración global
Tenía una factura pagada de apoyo técnico...me quedaba una hora, me dijeron que ya habían actualizado porque el problema era que no había actualizado...
Pero el problema es el mismo antes y después de la instalación... quisiera no volver a pagar por eso...tengo un respaldo... vuelvo a hacer mi sitio con la nueva versión?
Qué hago?

Verificaste en el fichero error_log ubicado en la carpeta public_html/administrator/error_log los errores que sean de la fecha de hoy puedes enviarnos esas lineas?. Si tienes minutos puedes solicitar mediante ticket que lo revisen.
