Problemas captcha recapcha Web Joomla 2.5.28  

Hola, 

Puedes enviarnos algunas capturas sobre como estas realizando la configuración del captcha, ten en cuenta que el plugin que usas osolcaptcha no se actualiza desde hace 4 años por lo que es posible que no esté funcionando de forma correcta ahora

Intenta utilizar directamente el modulo incorporado en joomla, para ello ingresa a módulos -> plugins y busca Captcha verifica que este activo en tu sitio web

Ingresa a sus configuraciones y añade las claves para v2 de google

Revisa esto y nos comentas como ha ido todo

¡Hola!, acabo de volver a entrar para sacar las capturas de pantalla, también he borrado el fichero error_log para que se cree uno nuevo y poder enviarlo.

Estoy usando el captcha del plug-in de Joomla y me da que está activo, tanto en el gestor de usuarios como en el gestor de contactos tengo puesto que use captcha/recaptcha.

En configuración global no he puesto nada, aunque ayer lo activé y luego lo desactivé.

Creo que el problema es que no está reconociendo el plug-in de captcha de Joomla y aunque dice que está en status activado no lo está y está cogiendo osolcaptcha

Captura del plug-in , tiene las claves de Google captcha v2 (no las muestro por seguridad), ayer como al primer intento no funcionó, generé otras claves por si este era el problema, pero no era eso. Vuelvo a indicar que estoy usando Joomla 2.5.28 en el gestor de plug-in captcha no me da la opción de elegir la versión como en la captura que se ha adjuntado antes en la respuesta.

Como mencionas el error está directamente relacionado con el plugin de osolcaptcha, accede a tu sitio web y eliminar este módulo así como cualquier rastro que tengas de el, ten en cuenta también limpiar la cache de joomla y tu sitio web

Por otro lado veo que tienes activo ya un sistema de recapchat en el sitio web, específicamente en el formulario de contacto el cual no se puede acceder si no tienes una cuenta de usuario, puedes comentarnos de donde estás recibiendo los comentarios de spam?

El spam se estaba realizando en los formularios de contacto que hasta ayer eran públicos, ante de ayer hice un filtrado de las direcciones ip desde donde se enviaban (pequé de ingenuo),  pero como "castigo" ayer recibí por la mañana 118 mails a una de las cuentas, así que tomé la decisión de poner los formularios sólo para usuarios registrados.

El registro lo controlo con una validación manual de las altas, algo que da mas trabajo pero se hace un filtrado, hace unos años antes de poner esta validación tuvimos unos spammers que pusieron post con enlaces "peligrosos" en el foro.

El actual sistema de captcha que tenemos me imagino que es el osolcaptcha, lo debió de poner la persona que hizo la web y que actualmente no colabora con nosotros.

Y o bien el spammer pone los datos en el formulario manualmente o tiene un robot que lee los caracteres y lo rellena, todos los formularios recibidos siguen el mismo patrón, un texto en ruso en el que una vez puesto en Google translator te indica que tienes pendiente una devolución del IVA y que pinches un enlace o que tienes un acceso único pinchando otro enlace o cualquier cosa, siempre con el enlace, y así llevamos un par de meses por lo menos, las IP son desde cualquier sitio de Rusia, Europa o Usa.

Por hacer una prueba he desactivado osolcaptcha y he limpiado la cache, pero no se activa el captcha - recaptcha, a las malas prefiero tener uno a no tener nada, no me atrevo a borrarlo ya que si no funciona el otro lo mismo no puedo instalarlo otra ves porque no esté disponible.

Entiendo, es un poco difícil ver lo que sucede. Actualmente, el complemento que te está generando error es olscaptcha como te comente anteriormente y esto puede ser debido a que tiene varios años sin actualizarse.

Ten en cuento que joomla 2.5 también es una versión antigua que al corto plazo puede generar problemas, adicional a ello es posible que otros complementos estén generando conflicto y por ello no logres visualizar el captcha - recpatcha como deseas o que el mismo olscaptcha sea que él ocasione el error

Una opción tal vez que puedes probar es crear un clon del sitio web y en este realizar todas las pruebas antes de realizar cualquier cambio, para ello puedes revisar la siguiente guía que tenemos disponible

Antes de realizar cualquier cambio o prueba realizar una copia de seguridad de tu sitio web de esta forma si se generan errores puedes restaurarla

¡Muchas gracias!, una cosa que quería ver era justo esto mas o menos ya que hace unos años se intentó migrar la web y falló, quedando en un estado que no se podía hacer nada y hubo que recuperar de un backup, voy a ver esto del clon ya que me gustaría poder hacer pruebas pero sin que afecten las pruebas a lo que está en producción.

El otro día leí algo de que si no se puede actualizar la versión, hay una forma de hacer una instalación de la última versión de Joomla y después importar el contenido, si me pudieras pasar los enlaces a todo esto te lo agradecería, mi problema como el de muchos es que no dispongo de mucho tiempo para dedicar a la web actualmente, y cuando entro es para hacer algún apaño o incluir algún articulo.

Por ejemplo de los problemas que he visto para migrar uno es el foro kunena, como mantener los datos actuales, otro es la tienda aunque esta sería menos problemas pues se podría hacer de nuevo.

Me haría falta información de clonado de la web, que me la has facilitado, cómo usar este clonado para ir haciendo pruebas y acceder, instalación de una versión de joomla actualizada y hacer pruebas sin que afecte a la web actual, etc....., no se si habrá algún o algunos tutorials sobre todo esto.

En este primero realizar la instalación de joomla en un directorio o un subdomnio y comenzar a importar la información de tu sitio web antiguo al nuevo que comenzaras a desarrollar por ejemplo puedes hacerlo directamente con los instaladores de webemoresa, en esta guía tienes información paso a paso como funcionan -> https://guias.webempresa.com/preguntas-frecuentes/instalar-una-web-wordpress-joomla-o-prestashop-con-los-instaladores-de-webempresa/

Ten en cuenta que es posible tu plantilla no sea compatible con la nueva versión de joomla por lo que tendrás que evaluar si tienes que añadir un nuevo diseño completo a tu sitio web 

Por otro lado para ingresar luego al clon de tu sitio web que realices este clon accederías con la nueva url por ejemplo https://tudmonio.con/clon/administrator todo depende de la ruta donde realizaras el clon, ten en cuenta que la ruta donde realices este clon o una nueva instalación no puede ser el dominio principal o la carpeta donde tienes ahora mismo tu sitio web activo  

Verífica esto y nos comentas como ha ido todo

¡Muchas gracias!, he estado viendo el vídeo de Luis Méndez sobre la clonación de la Web, el leer todo y después ponerme a hacerlo puede llevar bastante tiempo, si me surgen dudas os volveré a preguntar.

Un socio del club nos hizo un proyecto de migración de la web a Wordpress que parece mas amigable, estuvo haciendo bastantes cosas y se encontró también con algunos problemas de importación de usuarios y contendido de foro, al final como el tiempo libre es limitado no pudo continuar, esa era otra opción.

Aunque me imagino que si queremos hacer pruebas con Wordpress no se podrán hacer con el actual hosting que es Joomla.
