errores 500 y urls expiradas

Tendrías que adjuntarnos la captura y también dichos errores a los que haces referencia para revisarlo y verificar si tienen alguna relación.

El error parece ser por el tamaño de la memoria php.
Envía un ticket a soporte indicando la solicitud y los motivos por los que necesitas aumentar la memoria, para que te indiquen si hay alguna alternativa.
