Buenas Tardes.
Abrí un tema hace unos días para ver como se encintaba la web, una vez solucionado este tema me ha surgido otro ;(. Desde que encripte la web, la version móvil no se añaden los productos al carrito sin estar registrado. Es decir si tu eres cliente introduces tu usuario y contraseña no hay problema, pero si no lo eres no puede añadir al carrito los productos. Esto ocurre desde que se encripto la web, tiene algo que ver? salió el tema de la cookies no se puede hacer esto que he explicado. (He probado desde varios dispositivos y navegadores)
Luego desde el ordenador (También probado desde varios dispositivos) añades un producto y sale la pantalla como que tu producto se añade correctamente pero te diriges a la pantalla del carrito y no está el producto lo vuelves a intentar y sale. Estos problemas puede ser desde que se edito el archivo Htaccess.txt
¿Puede ser problemas de permisos? o de url? al cambiar la encriptación se añade la S entonces puede ser de eso de las url de productos.

Prueba desactivando temporalmente las urls amigables y verifica.
Si sigues con problemas envíanos alguna url exacta de algún producto en donde tenga productos relacionados para verificar.

ya probé los productos destacados salen diferentes cada vez que recargar así lo tengo configurado entonces el enlace de 1 por ejemplo sería este en el link ya se ve el error. Saludos (con productos de la sección calzado o bolsos no me pasa solo con la sección ropa)

Esto según veo es el problema del carrito verdad? estos error_long
Ahora adjunto una pantalla del carrito como carga a veces donde no deja añadir productos al carrito (NO ES SIEMPRE)
Como se ve en la foto carga una T en vez del ICONO DEL CARRITO, si carga la T no deja añadir productos (Desde el navegador safari no suele fallar) es mas de google chrome o firefox.

Hola,
Al parecer algunos usuarios presentan este problema con las plantillas de Gavick: https://www.gavick.com/forums/quark/1146-an-error-occurred-during-your-request-50559 por lo que es probable que con alguna actualización ya se haya solucionado.
Lo que te recomiendo es que verifiques la versión de tu plantilla y en caso de estar disponible una actualización la descargues y procedas a instalar para que dicho error se corrija.

Hola,
Antes de actualizar la plantilla que estás utilizando en tu Joomla tendrías que verificar si el error está realmente en ella. Para ello tendrías que cambiar temporalmente de plantilla activa para el frontal de la web.
Veo en respuestas anteriores que esto ya lo habías hecho, aunque como habías tocado el código es preferible que pruebes a cambiar la plantilla, accedas al frontal de la web (el diseño tiene que haber cambiado) y verifiques si se siguen produciendo los errores.

Hola Pablo. Ante todo gracias por tu repuesta necesito solucionar estos errores cuanto antes ;(
He vuelto a cambiar la plantilla por otra que no sea de GK y he puesto epimeteo temporalmente el error del productos destacado desaparece pasa lo lógico que se mezclan como las plantillas pero los productos se abren mientras en GK no los abre (Sólo no abre las categorías de ropa. Calzado y bolso si se abren en GK)
Tampoco puedo añadir productos ni quitar de la pestaña destacando en la pestaña administración de productos, sale la siguiente pantalla que le adjunto.
El segundo error sigue persistiendo que es el titulo del tema el carrito.
En safari y firefox no falla carga y puedes añadir correctamente pero en google chrome no carga el carrito se queda dando vueltas y aparece una T (El mismo logo que parece en el archivo htaccess) que edite anteriormente para la encriptación de la web. Si recargas la pagina desde el logo pinchando en el aparece el carrito y no hay mayor problema. o cambiando varias veces de secciones acaba cargando, mi pregunta es.
¿Puede ser fallo del modulo del carrito o del archivo htaccess?

Hola,
Si con el cambio de plantilla te funciona el módulo de destacados entonces el problema debería estar en el tema de Gavick que estás utilizando. Tendrías que consultar en la web de Gavick o consultar con su soporte si tienen una versión más reciente de la plantilla, por si fuera este el problema.
Sobre los problemas con el módulo del carrito, también parece un problema de la plantilla, ya que veo código de Gavick en ese módulo. Tendrías que verificar que no tengas un módulo de carrito específico de Gavick, por si fuera este el problema.

Al abrir los productos desde mi plantilla Gk en destacados falla y en otra plantilla no (Pero no son todos los productos)
Con epimeteo abren entonces el problema esta en la plantilla. En este tema si.
En el carrito no debe ser de la plantilla ya que con cualquier plantilla que pongo el carrito sigue igual, no cargar no se añaden los productos. Te adjunto el error_ long que se repite constantemente parece ser que tengo mal el virtual mart y desde mi opinion creo que de ahi es donde vienen todos los fallos.

Hola,
Estos mensajes de alerta, que no de errores, parece que están causado por algún plugin que tienes instalado en tu Joomla, y que parecen no ser compatibles con tu versión de Virtuemart.
Vete en la administración de Joomla a Extensiones->Plugins. Pulsa en Herramientas de búsqueda y en el desplegable Seleccionar tipo elige la opción vmcustom. Prueba a desactivar los plugins que te muestra y comprueba si así se dejan de mostrar los mensajes de alerta.

Estoy buscando la actualización para mi plantilla me he metido en la web del desarrollador esta la Quark v.1.2.0.6 y yo tengo Quark v.1.2.0.5 pero no se donde la tenga descargar no me aparece nada.
¿Salta la actualización en joomla en su panel? o hay que actualizarla manuelmanete si es así alguna idea donde puedo encontrar dicha actualización ?

Hola,
Dado que se trata de una plantilla de pago, casi con total probabilidad no se podrá actualizar de forma automática, por lo que te tendrás que descargar la última versión de la web de Gavick y actualizarlo manualmente.
En todo caso, es mejor que consultes la documentación de la plantilla o contactes con el soporte de Gavick para que te indiquen la forma más correcta de actualizar. He encontrado el siguiente enlace donde vienen instrucciones sobre cómo actualizar la plantilla:

Hola pablo.
He actualizado la plantilla y ahora cuando abres un producto desde el movil se ve bastante grande y la forma del movil a cambiado. Pero el mayor problemas es que las fotos desde el movil se ven demasiado grandes se cortan a la mitad ;(. como puedo solucionar ese error? Si el sitio esta fuera de servicio el usuario y contraseña es:

Prueba agregar el siguiente código CSS:

height:auto;
}
Verifica si a nivel de la configuración de tu template te permite agregar este código, sino usa algún archivo .css que carga tu template y coloca este código al final.
