No puedo cambiar a español add to cart en el homefeatured.tpl  

Hola estoy trabajando en un borrador con un nuevo tema antes de traspasarlo a mi web alojada en webempresa y tengo el siguiente problema.
He buscado mucho y la solucion que esta posteada aca no me sirve ya que según la solución es cambiar
title="{l s='Add to cart' mod='homefeatured'}" por Añadir al Carro pero mi archivo solo tiene esto y no aparece esa linea
