Hola buenas tardes,
desde hace una semana he notado que en Firefox, si intento hacer un pedido en la web y empiezo a registrar la info de usuario y uso el botón Registrar y Comprar, no me deja hacerlo y el proceso se queda pantalla en blanco sin responder

Hoy directamente ya me ha avisado un cliente de que le pasaba esto, y ha tenido que hacer el pedido como invitado.
Además, veo que cuando actualizo los estados de los pedidos en el admin de Virtuemart, me manda el e-mail al cliente y cambia el estado del pedido correctamente, pero me da este aviso:
JUser: :_load: No se puede cargar usuario con el ID: 364
Supongo que estará relacionado.
No sé si alguien ha tenido este problema u os suena de cúal puede ser el error :side:

Hola,
Sobre el problema con Firefox comentas que la pantalla se queda en blanco. Normalmente esto se trata de un error php, pero es raro que te pase solo con un navegador en concreto ya que este tipo de errores se producen en el servidor. De todas formas revisa el archivo error_log que tienes en la raíz de la web para ver si se muestra algún tipo de información sobre el error que se está produciendo.
Sobre el otro error que se está produciendo, parece que no está encontrando un usuario determinado. Tendrías que ir a Usuarios->Gestor de Usuarios y comprobar si tienes activado un usuario con id 364 (el id se puede ver en la última columna del listado de usuarios).
¿Has borrado usuarios y, de ser así, de qué tipo eran?

justo en el error_log aparece este tipo de errores sobre los users que no han podido registrarse...

(del otro error olvídemonos, casi seguro son los que hicieron el pedido como invitado, y claro, cuando va a buscarlos debe encontrar que no tienen usuario realmente)

Veo que aparecen referencia también a este plugin : vmxsearch , prueba despublicando o desinstalando este plugin de búsqueda
Renombra el archivo error_log prueba nuevamente tu sitio web y verifica si te permite registrar un nuevo usuario, revisa tu error_log nuevamente y veriifica que errores te salen.
